-Charges:We charge an affordable $50 per man hour plus materials(we charge only actual material cost, you see the receipts). Travel time may be applicable depending on your location. The minimum charge for any job is $75.

-Terms:Payment is expected before we leave the site. We will not generate or mail bills or extend credit. Cash and personal checks are accepted. We will provide receipts.

-If you are Unable to pay: Part of our mission is to provide services to those in special circumstances who still need work to be done. If you are a senior citizen, disabled, recently divorced, or have other extenuating circumstances, please contact our owner. All special situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
