Heroic Home Repair does not carry electrician’s or plumbing licenses. If you require this licensing, you will be referred to a qualified licensed vendor, who will charge an appropriately higher hourly rate. However, if your work does not require a license, or if you are getting permits yourself, we can do most of the work structured as "labor." The homeowner is ultimately responsible for meeting all building codes and regulations.

-electrical: replacing light fixtures, adding, repairing or upgrading outlets and GFI’s, replacing ceiling fans, wherever local codes do not require a license or permit for this type of work. We do not add new circuits or modify fuse panels.

-plumbing: anything "south" of the shutoff valve and "north" of the gooseneck, including leaking or dripping faucets, replacement of sinks, faucets and vanities, clearing of clogged sinks, and repair of malfunctioning or broken toilet flushing mechanisms. Garbage disposals installed, repaired, or replaced. Washer hoses replaced.

-drywall repair: Water damage, holes, nailpops, blemishes and cracks. Our spackle work is guaranteed to be equal or superior to the surrounding wall areas.

-Painting, especially small jobs that most professional painters refuse to bid.

General repairs, especially doors that do not close properly, replacing locks and knobs, hanging shelves, mirrors or pictures, cabinet doors, broken drawers. Moving furniture and heavy objects, general troubleshooting.
